OBD or famously known as the Robo Calls was first launched in Pakistan by Converge. A call to action for subscribers who can simply listen to the offer and give their consent for purchase. We have a backend integration with other platforms to execute this call to action. Currently this OBD Platforms are operative on 10M subscribers on Zong and 14M on Ward., thus reaching nearly 25M Pakistani Mobile subscribers. Platform coupled with Business Intelligence of operators help us customize the offer and also choose between five different languages, namely Punjabi, Sindhi, Seraiki, Pashto and Balochi.
